He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Larua Bell Moss Mulkey; his children, Patty Sue Mulkey and Johnny Mulkey; his grandson Charlie Mulkey; and his siblings, Ruby Franklin, Jo Mulkey, Catherine Henson, Marie Row, Mazelle Turner, Laura Bell Mulkey, Linelle Mulkey, Doyle Mulkey, Charles Mulkey and Buddy Mulkey.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Mulkey of Delta; and his children, Randy Mulkey (Millie) of Chatsworth, GA, Mike Mulkey of Knoxville, TN, Brenda Miller (Mark Minter) of Baldwin, GA, Steven Strange (Teresa K.) of Delta and John Strange (Teresa J.) of Woodland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; plus a large extended family.
