It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ruth Crosson (Delta, Alabama), who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Crosson; her grandson Nathan Wilkerson; and her siblings, Elisha Gaye Sims, Leon Sims, Douglas Sims, Jesse Robert "Bob" Sims, Eva Lou Sims and Mary Forbus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Hicks (James) of Alexandria, AL and Sherron Crosson of Delta, AL; her brother Clarence Sims of Lincoln, AL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Crosson (Allen), Rhonda Headley (Derek) and Matthew Hicks (DaRhonda); her great grandchildren, Dustin Sanford, Taylor Tullis (Dylan), Hunter Headley, Mason Hicks and Sutton Hicks; and her great great grandchildren, Maleah Sanford, Lukas Tullis, Samuel Tullis and River Sanford.
