He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Mullally; and his sons, Albert "Rusty" Mullally, Jr. and David G. Mullally. He is survived by: his children, Lorie Castor of Delta and Maylon O. Mullally, Jr. (Donna) of Delta; and his siblings, Joyce Aucoin of Louisiana, Jimmy Mullally of Clay County, Ray Mullally of Delta, Royce Mullally of Randolph County and Junior Mullally of Lineville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
