It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Royer (Decatur, Alabama), born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hill and Ruth Moore Hill; her husband R. C. Royer; and her granddaughter Sabrina Oakley. She is survived by: her daughter Donnis Oakley; her grandchildren, Keith Oakley (Keira) and Shannon Oakley (Teri); and her great grandchildren, Chandler Oakley, Matthew Oakley and Sabrina Oakley Pallbearers.
