He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Williford and Ollie. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Juanita Cox Williford of Decatur; his children, Joy Elaine Williford of Decatur and William David Williford of Slocomb; his sister Edna Lee Brazzell of Sumter, SC; and his grandchildren, Justin Williford of Dothan and Andrea Williford of Dothan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
