Though William Ray may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William Ray leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Phillips and Reva Berry Phillips; and his brother Charles Kenneth Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Alan Phillips and Emily Phillips Vandall; his sister Kathy Phillips Owens (Barry); his grandchildren, Grayson Vaughn Vandall and Katherine Elizabeth Vandall; and his friend Pam Kitchens Phillips.
