He was predeceased by: his parent Pearlie Keenum; his grandsons, Justin Keenum and Josh Champion; and his brothers, Larry, Mike and Joel Keenum.

He is survived by: his wife Nyoka Keenum; his sons, Kevin (Debbie), Keith and Heath (Holly); his grandchildren, Britney (Justin), Bryan (Rachel), Brent and Rhiannon (Jimmy); and his siblings, Stanley (Sue), Steve (Marylou), Noel (Janice) and Susie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (709 Memorial Dr SW, Decatur, AL 35601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
