He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Earley and Beatrice Earley; and his brother James W. Earley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall Earley; his children, Scottie Earley-Moss (Scott) and Thomas Jeffrey Earley (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Davis Earley, Morgan Moss Beard (Kienan), Nelson Phillip Earley and Jonah Michael Moss; his great grandchild Micah James Beard; and his brother William R. Earley (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Decatur or Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation.
