She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman R. Mayo and Helen R. Clark; and her siblings, Doris Mayo, H. Marie Ragsdale and Charles Thomas Mayo.

She is survived by: her niece Melissa Marie Bullard; and her nephews, John David Mayo, Charles Willis Richard Mayo and Timothy Mac Ragsdale. She is also survived by 3 great nephews.

She has requested no flowers and that, in lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite missions.
