We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Stanislaw Ptak of Decatur, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karol Ptak and Stefania Sieprawski Ptak; and his son Tomasz Ptak. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Dabrowska Ptak of Decatur; his daughter Marta Ptak Shelton of Decatur; his siblings, Kazimierz Ptak of Poland and Wanda Kozlowski of Chicago, IL; and his cousin Ziggy Sieprawski (Chris) of Buffalo, NY.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
The family respectfully requests that masks be worn and attendees adhere to social distancing guidelines.
