He is survived by: his father Richard Lee Dubbs, Sr.; his wife Carol Lyn Dubbs; his daughters, Laura Lyn Maschue and Sarah Evlyn McKillop; and his siblings, Michael Dubbs (Andee) and Pam McCleskey (John). He is also survived by Six Grandchildren.
