We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2019, at the age of 90, Peggye Ratliff (Decatur, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ratliff, Jr.; her siblings, Roy S. Collier, Jr, Betty Inez Thrasher, Nell Brantley, Helen Donnelly and Faye Collier; and her nephews, Danny Thrasher, Bill Thrasher and Kenneth Craft.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Ratliff Hixson (Jim) of Fairfax, Virginia and Steven Thomas Ratliff (Tammy) of Centreville, Virginia; her brother Freddie Earl Collier (Fran) of St. Petersburg; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Hixson of Nashville, Tennessee, Courtney Hixson Kline (Jacob) of Brambleton, Virginia, Kate Elizabeth Ratliff of Yellowstone and Thomas Wayne Ratliff of Rochester. She is also survived by the children and grandchildren will be receiving family and friends.
