He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dudley; his children, Nolanda Smiley of Decatur, Shauna Smiley Jackson (Billy) of Decatur, Marcus Smiley (Andrea) of Decatur and Christopher Smiley (Jill) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Tyler Jackson of Harlingen, TX., Setoquia Tucker of Harlingen, TX. and Treasure Tucker Perez of Harlingen, TX.; and his sisters, Sharon Smiley-Minniefield, Rosette Smiley, Millicent Smiley and Priscilla Smiley-Aladejebi (Abimbola). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
