He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell H. Livingston, Sr. and Jean Livingston (Whiteley). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Phyllis (Michael Mumaw); his children, Lowell (Sayuri Inoue), Tammy (Luis DeLeon), Mary Kathryn (Katy) and Andrew (Carie Prevo); and his grandchildren, Robert, Rachel (Dylan Davis) and Sophia. He is also survived by great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews and great nephews.
