With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Don Duke of Decatur, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jesse Duke and Dorothy Mae Duke. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Faulkner Duke; his sister Vicki (Lynn); his nephews, Brock Terry and Daniel Terry (Gina); his great-nieces, Lydia, Ava and Eliza Terry; his niece Debra Kreps (Rodney); his nephew Greg Bodley (Cathy); his great-nephew Zac Bodley; his great-nieces, Catherine Bodley, Brittany Straub (David) and Shelley Carter (Clint); his goddaughter Kathy Faulkner Youngren (Rob); his cousin Phillip Parker; and also, Blakely Carter and Cooper Carter.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1514 River Bend Pl SE, Decatur, AL 35601.
