She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Ashmore and Nimmie "Louise" Speck Ashmore; and her granddaughter Olivia Hendon. She is survived by: her husband David Arnold; her children, Stacey Scarborough, Kelly Hendon (Corey) and Robbie Arnold (Maria); her grandchildren, Jesse Scarborough, Hannah Scarborough, Casey Hendon, Coraline Hendon, Callie Arnold, Sophie Smith, Rossi Arnold and Joseph Paris; and her sister Peggy Ann Rinehart (James).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Park Baptist Church (2020 Westmead St SW, Decatur, AL 35601-4698). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at the Limestone Memorial Gardens (1987 US-31, Athens, AL 35611).
