With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Bools of Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on June 22, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Julia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford Miller and Lois Aldridge Miller; her husband Jerry "Chico" Bools; and her sister Marjorie Thomas. She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Miller (Shelia); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Thomas, Sr. and Alice Bools. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces; and a host of extended family and friends.
