She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Ferrell and Bertha Wilks Ferrell; her husband Robert Helmintoller; her sons, Keith Sullins and Brandon Sullins; her grandsons, Jeremy Sullins and Liam Gates; and her siblings, John D. Ferrell, Bobby Ferrell, Katie Nally and Theresa Berry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Green (Mike) and Danielle Cottingham (David); her grandchildren, Alyssa Gates (Jarrad), Robie Ballenger (Clayton), Jessie Holmes (Justin), Brandon McCormick and John McCormick; her siblings, Diane Fuller (Jerry) and Leon Ferrell (Diane); and her brother-in-law Lonnie Nally (Helen). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
