He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kenneth Ringgold, Sr. and Mary Eula Stephens Ringgold; his siblings, Sharon Daugette, Sonya Sue Ringgold and Kevin Ringgold; his grandson Jesus; his brother-in-law Wayne Whisnant; his nephew Anthony Whisnant; and his nieces, Sharon Phillips and Samantha Ringgold.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lemmond Ringgold; his children, Chandlin Ringgold and Lauren Beth McDearmond (Brandon); his siblings, Leo Kenneth Ringgold, Jr. (Diane) and Janice Whisnant (Julius); and his grandchildren, Sawyer Lyall McDearmond and Ryland Grady McDearmond.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
In lieu of flowers: family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital or make a donations to the Go Fund Me account for Nathan Johnson <. The family will put a donations box at the Funeral Home for donations to help the Johnson family.
