He was predeceased by: his parent Harman Hurt. He is survived by: his mother Dora Thomas Hurt; his wife Rebecca Steger-Hurt; his daughters, Anastasia Boozer of Atlanta, GA, Chaunte McCamey of Hollywood, AL and Nikki Clay of Scottsboro, AL; his grandchildren, Kenyan Clay Alexander Wilborn and Jayce Young McCamey; his brother Bobby Thomas; his aunt Ella Chester of Decatur; and his friend Leon Jefferson of Decatur. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
