He is survived by: his wife Paula Jane Gorham (Whitaker); his children, Anthony Wayne Gorham and Tami Lynnette Reist (Glenn); his granddaughter Jessica Brooke Coffey; his stepgrandchildren, Clint Reist (Lauren), Brad Reist (Katie) and Katherine Reist McCreless (Josh); and his pet Bella Lou. He is also survived by seven step-great-grandchildren.
