She is survived by: her husband Daryl Watkins; her children, Diana Franklin, Adrianne Franklin, Donald Gibbon, Frank Franklin IV, Phillip Franklin, Daryl Watkins, Jr., Darell Watkins, De'El Watkins, Jazzelyn Collins, Courtney James and Kasey Cowan; her grandchildren, Dawn Gibbon, Richland Gibbon, Peyton Harris, Aubree Franklin Jones, Jakhia Franklin, Alivia Franklin, DeMarcus Hampton, Frank Franklin V, Julius Franklin, Landen Franklin and Quinton Owens; her sisters, Amelia Gibbon, Merisa Parker (Je), Tinola Teague (Michael), Demetrius Battle, Joyce Peoples (James), Doris Smith, Angela Malone and Odell Washington (Felix); her sisters-in-law, Beronica Goodwin and Diamond L. Mock; and her brothers, Jason Carthen (Mireidy), Donnell Farrar, Frank Moore (Sharon) and Larry Malone. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Macedonia Cp Church (1820 Old Moulton Rd, Decatur, AL 35601).
