He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Hodge, Andrew Hodge, Howard "Chip" Hodge, David Hodge and Daniel Hodge; his brothers, Stanley Hodge and Allan Hodge; and his grandchildren, Sydney Hodge, Wesley Hodge, Isabella Hodge, Lucas Hodge, Tove Hodge, Osa Hodge, Augustus Hodge and Astrid Hodge.
