He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Harper and Eva Harper (Hornsby). He is survived by: his wife Julia; his sister-in-law Ann S. Harper; his nephews, Michael S. Harper (Ann) and Randy Harper (Tammy); his niece Dianne Harper; his great-nieces, Sumer Bryant (Freddie), Shanna Gates (Dawn) and Aliceann Harper; his brothers, Ethridge and Roger Harper; and his niece Deirtra Harper Henderson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Christian Church (2685 Macedonia Rd, Tallassee, AL 36078).
