He is survived by: his wife Anna Rhea Lacey; his children, Tony Owens (Diona) of Jasper, AL, Karen Burden (Bill) of Sedalia, MO, Randy Owens (Celia) of Columbia, TN and Kendra Robinson (Erich) of Ft. Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Marcy Yoder, Shelby Pate, Emily Andrew, Anna Lange, Jake Owens, Courtney Moore, Zach Burden, Spencer Robinson and Parker Robinson; and his siblings, Riley Dean Owens (Patsy) of Athens, Jerry Owens (Tina) of Hartselle, Barbara Tucker of Athens, Carolyn Owens of Athens, Linda Green of Athens and Alma Martinez (Carlos) of Athens. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
