She was predeceased by: her parents, Queen Ester Rollins and James Edward Garth; her brother Jerrell Dawkins; and her aunt Shirley Davis. She is survived by: her children, Danta Rollins, Terrian Smiley and Minijah Johnson; her grandson Brandon Webb Jr.; her siblings, Charlie Rollins, Jeffery Rollins (Erica), Terrell Dawkins, Shun Dawkins, Chris Dawkins, James Garth Jr. and Barbara Thorne; her aunts and uncles, Ike Davis, Mike Davis, Grant Mayes, Rachel Davis, Deborah Davis, Emma Jean Garth, Ollie White (James) and Effie Garth; and her close friend Aletha Key. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Reynolds Funeral Home (103 13th Ave NW, Decatur, AL 35601). The lying in state was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (1338 Co Rd 389, Courtland, AL 35618). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove M. B. Church (1338 Co Rd 389, Courtland, AL 35618).
