He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Jean Edmond Smith and Dallas Smith; and his brother Danny Smith. He is survived by: his son Timothy "TJ" Allen Smith Jr.; his siblings, Sheila Smith, Bruce Smith and Ronnie Smith (Jennifer); and his granddaughter Jordyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
