He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gale Alford, Sr. and Myrtle Marie Dunbar Alford. He is survived by: his children, Matt Alford (Christina), Stephen Alford and Emily Jacobo (David); and his grandchildren, Isabella, Kayleigh, John David, Beau, Austin, Joseph, Ella James, Jamison, Julia and Caroline.
