She is survived by: her children, Anthony Meads (Carla), Scott Whaley (Silena) and Mandy Fragoso (Robert); and her siblings, Lawrence Phillips (Helen), Bo Phillips (Judy), Paul Lowery, Jr. and Brenda Magill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
