She is survived by: her sons, Gary Fail and James Fail; her sisters, Martha Jameson, Betty Holt (Eddie) and Linda Kice (Arthur); and her grandchildren, Michael Fail (Janell), David Fail III (Amanda), Jeremy Fail and Ashleigh Fail. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
