It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wayne Darnell (Deatsville, Alabama), who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Adamson Darnell. He is survived by: his wife Becky Downs Darnell; his father Wayne Darnell (Chris); his children, Todd Darnell (Kristal), Morgan Darnell and Camrie Thomas (Keith); his sisters, Traci Guy (James) and Christie Nelson (Mark); and his grandchildren, Rilynne Thomas, Peyton Stanfield and Madelyn Stanfield.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
