He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his daughter Adrienne Fox; his stepchildren, Scott Hill and Debbie Butrica (Bill); his granddaughters, Jennifer Butrica (Brian), Jess Butrica (Lisa), Kim Wills (Tom) and Lauren Skalecki (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Dylun, Brodie, Addison, Sheamus and Keegan.
