She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wesley Manning and Lottie Mae Oates Manning; and her husband Joe Rex Jacobs. She is survived by: her siblings, Emma Thrower, Barbara Stalnaker (John) and James Paul Manning (Wanda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews that she loved as her children.
