With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jennie Marie Rigdon of Deatsville, Alabama, born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 98. Though Jennie Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jennie Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her son Charles Edward "Eddie" Rigdon; and her parents, James Otto and Emma Metcalf. She is survived by: her sons, Elmer Rigdon of Buffalo and Carroll Rigdon (Vickie) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.; her caregiver Rickie Teske (Patti); and her daughters, Dianne Howell and Marie Prater.
