He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Esco Culpepper; his brother Curtis Culpepper; and his parents, James Dennis and Jettie Culpepper. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Culpepper (Patricia) and Allen Culpepper (Connie); his siblings, Margaret Copeland, Hazel Culpepper, Floyd Culpepper and Virgil Culpepper; his grandchildren, Jessica Hogan (Jonathan), Jamie Culpepper (Nikki) and Jason Culpepper (Casey); and his goddaughter Angel Davies. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
