He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Irvin and Juanita Mackey Irvin. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Irvin; his children, Amy Manley (Chuck), Michael Mayo, Mark Mayo (Laurie) and Jason Irvin (Ryan); and his brother Dick Irvin (Connie). He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren and several nephews.
