She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stevens and Mildred Carnell Stevens; and her husband Elmer Everett Stelk. She is survived by: her son Douglas W. Stelk (Virginia); her grandchildren, Brittney Posey (Charlie) and Chase Stelk; her great grandchildren, Isabella M. and Sophia E. Posey; and her daughter-in-law Emma Hankins.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Gentiva Hospice for the compassionate care shown to Daisy for months during her battle with Parkinson's.
