He is survived by: his wife Gina Mullins; his sons, Austin and Jacob Mullins; his parents, Mary Lou Mullins and Larry Mullins; and his siblings, Daniel Mullins (Roya), Geoffery Mullins (Carrie) and Lesley Shaw (Tom).
