She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Meeks and Dorothy Nell Chavers Meeks; her husband Thomas Carter; her son Billy Randolph; and her siblings, Jackie Meeks, James Hall, Frances Williams and Lisa Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby Hayes, Clay Randolph and Linda Randolph (Keith); and her brothers, Larry Meeks (Debra) and Barney Meeks (Anita). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
