She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lee Cotney; her sons, Dr. Justin Lee Cotney (Jennifer You) and Matthew Alan Cotney (Caitlyn Cotney); her grandchildren, Wyatt Cotney, Olivia Cotney, Ava Cotney, Russell Cotney and Phoebe Cotney; her sister Polly Gilbert (late John Rifenbark); her nephews, Will Rifenbark and Graham Rifenbark; her brother-in-law Danny Cotney (Gaye Cotney); and her nieces, Ryan Cotney Fincher and Rebecca Cotney Paton.
