She was predeceased by: her parents, William Randolph Jones and Martha Eugenia Germany Jones; her husband Melvin Wayne Vickers; her son-in-law Jeff Darnell; and her siblings, Wilma Routh, Hilda Blanks, Reatha Nance, Dorothy Harry, Eugenia Cowhick, Marie Jones, Helen Harper and Ray Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Vickers Darnell of Florence, Alabama and Rickey Wayne Vickers (Elaine) of Brookwood, Alabama; her grandchildren, Kristin Vickers Price (Lance), Jacob Vickers (Stormie), Callie Vickers, Katelyn Darnell Scott (Ryan) and Jesse Darnell; her great grandchildren, Gabby Vickers, Sami Price and Annaliese Price; and her sisters, Peggy Moncus (Steve) and JoAnn Ballard (Lester).
