He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert Hicks and Corinne Stokes Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Alice Marie Hicks of Dauphine Island, AL; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Alex Andrianov; his grandson Peter Andrianov; and his sister Sharon Hicks Martin.
