He was predeceased by: his father Sam Allen Lott Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lott; his daughter Ashlin Lott; his siblings, Brandy Jacobs (Shannon), Jason Lott (Sara) and Dustin Lott (Fae); and his mother Tannis Mothershead. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations for Ashlin Lott's college fund.
