He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Steadham Middleton and Zell Middleton, Jr.; and his brother Michael Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grdjan Middleton of Daphne, AL; his daughters, Jennifer Nicole Lilly of Ashville, NC, Kristen Dione Middleton (Marshall Duffin) of Austin, TX and Bridgette Lea Connell (Jason) of Spanish Fort, AL; and his grandchildren, Cameron Connell, Hudson Connell and Owen Duffin.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
