She was predeceased by: her parents, Ina Noel and Dorsey Noel. She is survived by: her husband Billy Don Wiggins, Sr. of Daphne; her children, Patti Zakutney (Ray) of Loxley and Don Wiggins (Kathi) of Robertsdale; her grandchildren, Gary Zakutney (Jennifer), Jonathan Zakutney, Meagan Wiggins (Shawn Herbert), Colin Wiggins (Holly) and Aubrey Wiggins; her great grandchildren, Jacob Zakutney, Charlie Zakutney, Jayden Zakutney, Keegan Zakutney and Emmett Herbert; and her siblings, Edward Noel (Ann), Frederick Noel (Opal), Mary Noel LeJeune, James Noel (Rondena) and John Noel (Veneta).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial be made in Theresa's name to Jubilee Shores United Methodist Church, 17261 State Hwy 181, Fairhope, Alabama 36532.
