She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gilliam and Louise Turner Gilliam; her brother Gary Lee Gilliam; her grandparents, George, Rainey Gilliam, Ben and Mable Turner; her brother-in-law Frank "Mac" McAlpine, Jr.; and her niece Misty Elizabeth Romine.
She is survived by: her husband Davis A. McAlpine (Dave) of Daphne; her daughter Jessica Lynn McAlpine (Michael McIver) of Daphne; her sister-in-law Beth Hughes McAlpine of Haleyville; her niece Misty Gilliam Hughes (Shane) of Winfield; her nephews, Nathan Gilliam, Will Hughes Romine (Christie Lee), Frank "Wyn" McAlpine, IV and Charles Scott McAlpine of Haleyville; her close friend Wanda Smith of Cowan, TN.; and her pet Belle. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
