He is survived by: his wife Martha M. Regan of Daphne; his children, Sidney S. Regan, Jr. of Columbus, GA., John Howard Regan of Daphne, Denise Regan Carter of New York and Jill Regan Certano of Phenix City, AL.; and his stepdaughter Dama Lucassen Dunnington of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
