She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Salle Boyd Rentz (Frank) of Birmingham, AL, Rebecca Boyd Hayes of Loxley, AL, Wendy Boyd Cox (Richard) of Stockton, AL and Milton K. "Kirk" Boyd, Jr. (Denise) of Waynesboro, VA; and her husband Milton Kirkpatrick Boyd, Sr.. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
