We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 79, Ronald Hersel Hays of Daphne, Alabama, born in Eight Mile, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudi Hersel and Mattie Mae Everett Hays; and his sister Patricia Hays Mueller. He is survived by: his wife Delores Griggers Hays; his children, Tracy Lenore Hays Hughes (Phil) of Charlotte, N. C. and Ronald Troy Hays (Wendy) of Spanish Fort; and his grandchildren, Sharon Elizabeth Hughes (Steven), Phillip Richard Hughes III (Mallory), Ronald Trent Hays, Baylor Troy Hays and Carli Diana Hays. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
