He is survived by: his wife Teresa Courtney; his daughters, Lara Courtney of Daphne and Shelby Courtney Hamlin (Landen) of Daphne; his grandson Benjamin Hamlin; his siblings, Courtney Shimp of Ohio, Roger Shimp of Tennessee and Katie Shimp Bragg of Ohio; and his nieces, Chloe Bragg Misorski and Katie Shimp Scott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
